How Clouds Are Formed (Turbulence)
Turbulence presents a spectre of an image, in this case a spinning chair without a seat. It suggests an act of transformation and imminent overthrowal experienced through an ongoing cycle or a constant state of dispossession. It emerged from the artists’ ongoing method of inquiry, How Clouds are Formed; which has been a developing body of work assembled in many parts using objects, images, spare parts & movements.
